Jacksonville cricket club  started in the year 1991. The club was formed by some
caribbean guys that met at a local bar. The word spread around and the guys brought
their friends that  also played the game. Since then jacksonville cricket has grown. The
team has travel to numerous cities in florida and georgia to include Tallahassee, Orlando,
Miami, Valdosta and Ocala. We have hosted many teams here in Jacksonville. We have a
yearly labor day weekend classic and thanksgiving weekend classic . Our home games
were played at the Eward Water College ground. In august 2004 we moved to our new
home field at victory park.

Our goal is to spread the game of cricket in north florida and south georgia. Through
our good spirite and love for the game there are now two new teams in the jacksonville
area, both teams are consist of former players of JCC.

Jacksonville cricket club participateS in the Big Ben Cricket league and the northeast
florida spring series.

We are proud champion of the spring series. We want to continue to work hard and
have fun playing the game of Cricket.
